Poor Doug. He has to go kill some kids instead of continuing his love affair with coffee... I mean Ginny.

I'm with Doug though... So many in one small area? Were THAT many Naidraug killed?

sfg Yeah, I foresee problems coming... especially since I doubt Elijah knows about Doug/Ginny yet...

Like I said before. Awkward conversation to come if Doug ever takes Ginny home. And everyone knows you want weird stuff you go to Jersey. I mean come on if the Jersey Devil isn't proof of that the waves of tourist have to be.

But yes, the weirdness factor of Jersey would easily explain why there are so many reborn in south Jersey... Right?... RIGHT?! *penguin smacks me with a fish* ow...

Well the only way that morning...afternoon could get awkward is if one of Angela's friends shows up in one of those pictures... Bets? Any bets? I'll give 4 to one on Helena and 7 to one on Ginny if only as an excuse to see her more in the comic.

We all know how Doug is with coffee. Coffee first, medical treatment later.

That's a tough biscuit to swallow.
Doesn't seem like Janice is too thrilled either.

replies @Shadow_Da_Hedgie: well, yeah; the Naidraug were nearly wiped out in the war.

@ffx2player: No, he doesn't know yet.

@SpecterHSC: Actually, the whole weird NJ thing pretty much is my explanation for everything >_>
And Ginny's not a Reborn. It wasn't mentioned in the comic, but her 16th birthday passed in October

@RazorD9: I guess if you have coffee first, you'll be alert for the treatment >.>

I still don't quite understand why the Retsini want them dead. Surely, if they're human now and don't know their soul is Naidraug, surely, if left alone, they're not going to try to attack the Retsini...

The hatred on both sides runs very deep. The fact that the demons keep reincarnating means that old wounds never heal.

To the Retsinis, the Reborn are simply easy targets. The Retsinis also suffered heavy losses in the war and can't really attack the Naidraug head-on, but they *can* attack humans. There's more going on than that, they do have a greater plan, but that's for later.

As for the Reborn themselves, yes, if they're left alone, they don't pose a threat to the Retsinis, but the Naidraug also have plans. There's a reason why Elijah was able to easily kill that one guy awhile back.

@Shadow_Da_Hedgie: Also remember even though they don't remember Angela is proof they can tap into their old powers. You get someone inclined to they could rebuild the army.

@Butterscotch: Yes I know Ginny is not a reborn. We had that conversation some time ago but I don't think the others knew about it unless you talked to them about it. *shifty eyes*... I'm still giving 4 to 1 odds on Helena since I haven't seen the new page yet.
