127 And the fight begins!

I need to learn how to draw good fight scenes, so please offer lots of critiques! Tell me what works, and tell me what sucks! Don't be afraid to speak up ^^

it's pretty well done. the fighting is good, it seems realistic. I don't have much expertise in fighting, sorry.
she's kicking him in the last panel, right? just making sure
btw: I'm a new fan! please be nice... *cowers in corner*

I like it. Straight-on attacks are nice. (as in, you're seeing the person draw back their fist like they're going to punch YOU)

I think the attack looks pretty effective. The "klok!" sound effect is cyoot! :3

One thing to suggest, if this were a black and white page rather than color, I've noticed that in regular manga-style pages, they use an after-image to show motion. Like... having two outline-y sketches of her leg showing where it came from before whacking Adrian in the head. Not sure how you'd do that in color, though... and I don't really think you need it here. Just a thought for if you do future fights on black and white pages. :)

Brains, brawn, and sex appeal. Poison Oak is indeed a dangerous foe/end of the chapter Q/A person type thing... yeah.

I find studying the action scenes found in manga's very helpful. I havent gotten to a fight scene yet with my comic, but when I get there, I'll be sure to use lots of published manga fight scenes as references. Try that out and see how it works =D

Your comic looks great and your fight scenes are good. Though in the last panel she is doing a low kick around knee high but is hitting him in the head. With her hight she would need to kick above her head.
but still your comic looks great and you should update more often =)

I reckon the first three panels are pretty good action-wise.

If Ms Oak is kicking Adrian, she should stand a little closer and the foot should be more visible. Maybe add some lines to indicate a kick?

[ack, I'm crap at explaining stuff...><"]

She's kicking him in the face, which a lot of force apparently, but she's only standing on the toes of her other foot. I know from experience in karate that you need to keep one foot flat for stability, so you don't fall over. But she's not human, so breaking a few rules is fine.
