Legally, no. The age of consent in the state of New Jersey 16. And in the Naidraug clan 16 is the age of legal adulthood.
While four years is a fairly sizeable age gap when you're that young, I think it's also fair to say that age is only a number and that if it's true love age doesn't matter.
Why does Jade act like a little kid when she's 346?
Because she is a little kid. The aging process slows down greatly after a Welej turns 10. This includes both physical and mental aging. Jade's mind is no more developed than her body?

Honestly, I'm not 100% sure what her eye color is. I've never had to color them, so I never made an official decision.

Is it just me or do Angela's breasts...change sizes? It's not you! They started off okay, got huge, so I made an effort to make them more normal and they got slowly grew huge again And they're staying that way. Big boobs aer fun to draw!
They also vary in size from page to page, which isn't good at all

Yup; I attribute this to shifting art styles, though some of it is personal taste.
What materials/software do you use for this comic?
I use assorted markers, mostly Prismacolor, but also Sharpies and even Crayola(!)
For programs, I use GIMP and Inkscape, both of which are free, I sometimes use Photoshop Elements too<
